Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Grainger. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, and putting away products.
  • Operate scanning equipment to accurately fulfill customer orders for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of work experience in a fast-paced and physically active job.
  • Ability to speak and understand written and spoken English.
  • Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
