Telecommunications Specialist

E-NET SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults, analyze test results, and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including on-site customer service, and initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to distinguish between colors.
The Telecommunications Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including installation, urban areas, and on-site customer service. The position requires the ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
