We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Hansel and Gretel Bakery. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, as well as preparing special orders and decorating cakes and baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare special orders, including cakes and baked goods
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
