Job Title: Vice President Product, Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President Product, Marketing to lead our marketing and digital initiatives and drive growth for the belairdirect brand in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and digital strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales through digital and traditional marketing platforms.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Relationship Management, and COE teams, to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
  • Drive revenue marketing strategy in Canada, aligning all cross-functional activities to overarching marketing strategy and revenue growth.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of the Canadian market, defining marketing strategy and overseeing execution of campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Create world-class marketing programs that scale lead generation and brand awareness, collaborating and influencing cross-functionally across the company.
  • Build authentic and enduring relationships with peers, internal partners, and executives across our organization, communicating the roadmap and potential impacts from brand decisions or initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles leading marketing & digital strategies while overseeing large teams.
  • Proven success in driving growth through marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open-minded and positive leader, who takes responsibility for both successes and mistakes, and who is energized by challenges and transformation.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit and solves problems using innovative ways to improve and take risks and to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, engage and develop a world-class marketing team.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence & self-awareness – proven ability to lead through change, collaborating and building shared accountability and trust among large, diverse teams.
  • Bilingualism, French & English, is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
