Job Title: Ironworker - Reinforcing Rebar

At Golden Era Reinforcing Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Ironworker - Reinforcing Rebar to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for reinforcing concrete structures with steel bars or metal mesh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to construction sites.
  • Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Align, weld, or bolt units in place to ensure precise installation.
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures.
  • Unload and position steel units for hoisting and installation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand construction plans.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as required.
  • English language proficiency.
