Job Summary
As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Retail Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Make decisions that impact store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to enhance their skills and performance.
