About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Tapis Venture. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, and repairing or replacing defective parts.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Possess knowledge of automated and robotic systems, electrical and electronic controls, industrial and stationary engines, and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Work Environment: Work in a noisy environment, standing for extended periods, and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Team Player: Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
