Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vape shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and duties to ensure seamless store operations.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to drive sales.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate stock levels and optimize inventory management.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payment of employee wages.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance and support to office and volunteer staff members.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
