Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Sales Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As an Optical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and fostering a positive and productive retail-selling environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and Develop Team: Coach, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee store merchandising, visual appearance, and overall standards, ensuring a clean and well-maintained store environment.
- Recruit and Select Associates: Identify and hire top talent to join our team, ensuring a strong bench of sales associates.
- Implement Marketing Programs: Execute local and national marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Proper Licensure: Required.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve sales goals.
- Retail or Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Ability to lead, coach, and develop sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and doctors.
