Job Title: Glass Installation Foreman/Woman

Canglow Windows and Doors Inc is seeking a skilled Glass Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement installation plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control costs, estimating materials and labor requirements to meet project budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
