Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Clerk to join our team at Harmony Rehab. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, accurate, client focus, dependability, organized, reliability.
