Job Title: Landscape LabourerJob Summary:

As a landscape labourer with Norse Landscapes Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape constructions, including building retaining walls, patios, and walkways;
• Tie and secure plants, shrubs, and trees using twine, wire, or stakes;
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance;
• Cut grass using manual or mechanical means, depending on the terrain and equipment available;
• Remove litter and garbage from gardens, yards, and public areas;
• Cart and spread topsoil, mulch, and other materials as needed;
• Lay sod or seed to create new lawns or repair damaged ones;
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees in designated areas;
• Apply fertilizers according to the manufacturer's instructions;
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens regularly;

Experience and Specialization:

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in gardening, horticulture, and outdoor maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in working at heights, operating machinery, and collaborating with a team.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The landscape labourer position requires physical stamina and endurance. You will be expected to work in fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks. The job involves handling heavy loads, standing for long periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

Compensation:
