We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker to provide social work services to clients and families at Ridge Meadows Hospital. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective coping, adaptation, and mastery of situations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify client needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide therapeutic counseling services to clients and families.
- Facilitate client participation in planning and decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an approved school, plus two years' recent clinical social work experience working with individuals, groups, and families. Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers is also essential.
