Job Title: Digital Analyst

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in account service roles, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform client-facing tasks, such as presenting insights and providing training.
  • Identify, gather, and analyze information from large, complex data sets to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Gather measurement requirements from various stakeholders and determine the best methods for capturing them.
  • Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting for analytics tools.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc data analysis requests to answer business questions and enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify areas of opportunity for growth, increased profitability, and optimized program effectiveness.
  • Help define and implement analytics best practices and standard operating procedures by documenting work processes and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the digital analytics industry.
  • Professional Google Analytics experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of tag management tools.
Nice to Have:
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience with other analytics software.
  • Marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of account management practices and a client service mindset.
