Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at JnB Homecare Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residential sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field is an asset.
