We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at RLL Renal Life Link, Inc. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

About the Role

As a Renal Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care to patients with ESRD and CKD
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful as a Renal Nurse, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing (ADN or BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience working with patients with ESRD and CKD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
