Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Customer Experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company strategy while delivering exceptional results for our customers. As a Director of Customer Experience, you'll lead Alloy's Client Solutions Management team, overseeing a team of experienced professionals who manage the entirety of Alloy's customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the Client Solutions Management team, driving product adoption and growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. You'll also own Alloy's Gross and Net Retention numbers, striving for best-in-class retention. Additionally, you'll act as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, building long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers. You'll partner with product and marketing teams to shape our product roadmap and drive account-based marketing activities, identifying customer stories and driving advocacy for our product.
