We are seeking a skilled Custom Frame and Mirror Assembler to join our team at 2684374 ONTARIO INC. as a Furniture Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Study and interpret plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be manufactured.
- Assemble and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, ensuring precise joints and reinforcement.
- Sand and finish wooden surfaces, applying veneer, stain, or polish to high-quality products.
- Prepare and apply laminated plastics to finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry standards.
- Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products to meet customer requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Organized and punctual, with a strong team player attitude.
- Fluency in English language.
- 35 hours of work per week.
This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of 35 hours.
