About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and development, with a focus on building strong relationships with our internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to Commercial Card Coordinator inquiries via email or phone.
  2. Investigate and resolve payment reconciliation issues in accordance with the Commercial Card service level agreement.
  3. Retrieval of ADHOC reports and reporting of problem issues to our vendors.
  4. Collaboration with different departments within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.

What You'll Need:
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
