Senior Internal Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Controls Analyst to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and testing of controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement remediation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on internal controls and risk management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal controls, auditing, risk management, or compliance.
- Proficient in process documentation, analysis, and testing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
