As a Clinical Educator with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by educating and mentoring healthcare professionals.


Your Role



  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Mentor and coach healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement

About You



  • Registered Nurse with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Three years' recent experience in clinical nursing, including one year's teaching or facilitation experience
  • Post-graduate education or certification relevant to clinical nursing practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
