Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
  • Order, receive, and merchandise stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
  • Process customer orders, prepare customer service requests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in the training of junior staff and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete physical work including but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching.
