Power Generation Maintenance Expert

Ainsworth Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Power Generation Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a 3rd Class Power Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our power generation equipment.
Key Accountabilities:- Operate and maintain four (4) 2MW generators, compressors, and other related equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Monitor system controls and adjust parameters to optimize efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and repairs
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a valid Third-Class Power Engineer certificate, at least 4 years of experience in an industrial or plant setting, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
