About the Job

The Miller Group is seeking a skilled Paving Specialist to join our team. As a Paving Specialist, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials, and instructing apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading, Unloading, and Transporting
  • Operating Mobile and Tower Cranes
  • Instructing Apprentices
  • Mixing, Pouring, and Spreading Materials
  • Assembling Tower Cranes on Site
  • Performing Routine Maintenance Work
  • Assisting in Demolition and Dredging
Requirements
  • Experience in Paving and Construction
  • Ability to Operate Heavy Equipment
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work at Heights and in a Fast-Paced Environment
