Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions, including preparing statements of earnings, calculating deductions, and reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Administer benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including T4 statements and other reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Windows.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
