About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at Mr. Klean Cleaning Services. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous cleaning experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
