- Contribute to the development and execution of an operation profit plan, focusing on revenue retention and growth, cost control, and productivity standards.
- Implement a cost control program to monitor buying practices and optimize supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for preventive maintenance, reducing downtime, improving image, and minimizing maintenance costs.
- Ensure timely billing and revenue collection for all services provided by the facility operation.
- Promote a robust safety program to prevent accidents, injuries, and near-misses.
- Ensure safe working conditions on job sites and investigate incidents to identify root causes.
- Schedule and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a culture of safety awareness.
- Lead a productive and motivated workforce by selecting, training, developing, and evaluating personnel to meet service commitments.
- Adhere to wage and hour laws, compensating personnel fairly for services rendered.
- Maintain high appearance standards throughout all operations.
- Practice progressive discipline for employee performance issues.
- Oversee recruitment, employee training, and discipline of all Branch personnel.
- Participate in facility on-call rotation to ensure seamless operations.
- 3+ years' experience in the hydro excavation, sewer flushing, and/or infrastructure maintenance industry is considered an asset.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
