At Paradise Pools and Landscaping, we are seeking a skilled Masonry Professional to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced mason to work on various construction projects, including building patios, garden walls, and decorative installations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units, as well as experience with estimating materials and tools required for projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials needed, work at heights, and cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Instructing apprentices and supervising other workers will also be part of the role.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • A valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots
