Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at ACC Gold and Diamond Jewellers Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure the counter area is tidy.
  • Assist Customers with Self-Checkout: Provide assistance to customers using the self-checkout system, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  • Monitor Entrances and Exits: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances and exits, ensuring the security of our store and its assets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
