About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Needs Identification: Identify customers' needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on financial solutions that meet their needs.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including banking services, credit cards, and other financial solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in financial solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a high level of knowledge and expertise in financial solutions.
