Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aquarium Depot.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manual dexterity.
Working Conditions:

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction. The position requires standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under pressure.
