About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Diablo Diesel Performance Ltd. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks
  • Service attachments and working tools
  • Verify and repair emission control systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
