Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Best Buy Express in Rivière-du-Loup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
