Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Package take-out food and stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Client focus and team player.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires a fast-paced environment and involves physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
