Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Narayan Development Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the success of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic security clearance.
- Willingness to travel and relocate.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
