As an Industrial Mechanic - Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and longevity of various equipment, including conveyors, grinders, cooking systems, filtration systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preventive maintenance: address detected mechanical anomalies (component replacement)
  • Installation: additions or modifications to existing processes and equipment
  • Demonstrate versatility and interest in both "pure" mechanics and processes

Requirements include:

  • DEP in industrial mechanics or electromechanics
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Experience in welding, assembly and disassembly, handling of heavy equipment
  • Interest and aptitude for problem-solving/troubleshooting
  • Ingenuity, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy
  • Tolerance for visual elements and odors
  • Excellent physical condition

We offer a unionized, permanent position with a salary of $39.06/h upon hiring, $39.81/h after probation, as well as a comprehensive group insurance program, telemedicine, pension fund with employer contribution, gym reimbursement and physical activity incentives, and on-site gym.

Work schedule includes a 36-hour work week paid as 40 hours, with work on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and day and night rotation (3 days of 12 hours).
