- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Completion of at least one exam from the Casualty Actuarial Society or the Society of Actuaries.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and planning/organizational skills.
- Strong programming skills (e.g. R, SAS, Python) and efficient use of Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, VBA).
- Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and/or experience is a strong asset.
- Competitive salary range: $48,700 - $89,800.
