The ideal candidate for this role is a friendly and diligent individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the Fit4Less brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy the facility to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain the facility's cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to a positive and courteous work environment, promoting the Fit4Less brand and values.
• Sell and suggest memberships, providing assistance with membership management as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Has completed WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification.
• Is dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
