Miska Trailer Factory is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret welding process specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
