Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark NeuroLogic Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
About the Role:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including neurological and orthopedic injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Utilize e-charting software to document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience in treating patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
