The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical content development and training, with a strong background in mining or heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs for Komatsu service representatives, focusing on general mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Product-Specific Training: Create equipment technical product and operator training programs for underground loaders, trucks, drills, and bolters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information needed to prepare training programs and materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or mechanical tradesperson.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training content development or similar.
  • Experience facilitating training on technical equipment is an asset.
