Job Description:

  • Candidate will work closely with Business Product Owners and IT Delivery Managers to ensure continuous delivery of high-value solutions.
  • Responsibilities include coaching the team in Agile best practices, leading multiple engagements, removing impediments, planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and enacting change for continuous improvement.
  • Successful candidate will also support techniques for effective Product Backlog management, collaborate with stakeholders, and report KPIs and metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of Scrum framework and CSM certification
  • Experience using Agile Planning Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Kanban Boards)
  • Understanding of Agile concepts such as User Experience, Design Thinking, Kanban, Extreme Programming
  • Leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency skills
  • Ability to lead and influence executive and peers, and project teams
  • Excellent communication, listening, coaching, group facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with regularly changing priorities
