Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our team at Wild Flour Bakery Cafe. As a key member of our baking crew, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake mixed dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Train staff on new recipes and techniques
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
