Chief Patient Access Officer

Overview
This position oversees the development, execution, and monitoring of all patient access business plans and strategies. The Chief Patient Access Officer will create a clear and concise vision that aligns with relevant strategies across the Novo Nordisk portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes the value of Novo Nordisk products through health economics and generates supportive data and evidence through outcomes research.
- Responsible for contracting and pricing strategies, tactics, and initiatives to maximize profitability goals, and increase market share and productivity.
- Oversees the development, effective execution, and ongoing monitoring of all Patient Access field activities.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in science and/or business.
- Demonstrated success at the executive leadership level.
- Extensive experience managing managers.
- Meaningful experience at managing successfully through difficult problems.
- Cross-functional experience at both global and affiliate level is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching program, and generous paid time off policy.
