Job Title: Nighttime Baker

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Nighttime Baker to join our team. As an Overnight Baker, you'll play a critical role in upholding our commitment to freshness by preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads and pastries during the night hours.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake breads and pastries following established recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery environment
  • Work with your team to ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
  • Follow production schedules and keep track of inventory
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality products and service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently during overnight hours
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • A valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • The capability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 22 kg)
  • Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and moving
