About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Senior Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing numerous cases through the litigation process, both autonomously and collaboratively as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting liability, financial, and medical investigations
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the entirety of the claims process
  • Managing cases through the litigation process, including court appearances and negotiations
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve case goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of post-call experience in personal injury law
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Strong expertise and enthusiasm for personal injury law
