Job Description:

As a Barista Coordinator at Alberta Ltd O/A Caffe Sorrentino (Edmonton Int Airport), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our coffee shop. Your tasks will include ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
  • Handling customer transactions and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages, including operating a coffee machine and grinders
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
