About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Compliance Specialist to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry, driving excellence in Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform internal control assessments and identify control deficiencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide evidence and artifacts to auditors to meet regulatory audit requirements.
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of complex IAM controls and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Manage and maintain access control for SAP environments (ECC or S/4) in compliance with established security policies.
  • Review and optimize manual IAM processes to enhance operational efficiency and security posture.
  • Conduct regular audits and access reviews for multiple applications to ensure proper user entitlements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM best practices and ensure alignment with security and compliance goals.
  • Design and implement IAM processes and controls to mitigate security risks and meet industry compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the training and development of IAM team members and business users.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in an Identity & Access Management environment, with a focus on access control security.
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP (ECC or S/4) access controls is required.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and governing user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of IGA tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as IAM platforms (Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk), SSO, MFA, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and access certifications.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISF SOGP.
  • Proven ability to streamline manual processes, focusing on improving efficiency and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
