About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Revit Technician to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our Building Services Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality MEP models for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed MEP models using Revit software
  • Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of energy and sustainability strategies for new build and existing buildings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in Revit technology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of Revit modeling for an M&E Consultancy, D&B Contractor, or Property Division
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High levels of technical capability and attention to detail
