Inspiration Builders & Developers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating precision machined parts and metal molds using CNC machine tools and electrical discharge machines (EDM).

Responsibilities:

* Verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
* Program CNC machine tools to produce high-quality parts
* Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production
* Realize machine castings to make metal molds, core boxes, and precisely shaped models
* Set up and operate electrical discharge machines (EDM) to create complex metal parts
* Lay out, shape, and assemble patterns of metal, wood, plastic, and other materials from blueprints, models, or templates
* Position, secure, measure, and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining
* Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in precision machining and metal fabrication
* Strong understanding of CNC machine tools and electrical discharge machines (EDM)
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
